Andrew Andrada is the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Send Us Great Deals. Andrew offers years of real estate experience in the residential market and over five years in real estate investing. He has extensive experience in property acquisition, rehabilitation (rehab), rental and development.  Andrew's focus is on the benefits of the non-retail real estate market.

The real estate market is froth with challenges that conventional financial institutions will not address. It is here where his firm offers options to challenging situations which are tempered by his experience.
